Pre-Register now for our Fall 2025 Conference and save $10!! Prices are for current ESHPA members. If you are not an ESHPA member, you will need to sign up for that and add that membership to your cart as well. All conference registration levels are per-person. So if your spouse or friend is coming with you, please add another registration to your shopping cart to reflect the total number of people going, you will have to fill out the form for each person.

All pre-registrations include lunch for the day(s) matching your registration.

Don’t forget to order your Friday night banquet ticket too! It is a separate item that will need to be added to your cart. Like registration, banquet costs are per-person. Please ensure quantities in your shopping cart reflect total number of banquet per-person.

Student tickets are for those 18 and under only. You MUST show your current student ID upon check-in

No refunds after October 24, 2025 for paid registration or meals. ESHPA is not responsible for cancellations outside of our control or other acts of God.
